Sightseeing by helicopter

Soaring across the Reykjanes Peninsula in a private helicopter, you will be greeted by visions of sprawling lava fields, geysers, mud pools, hot springs, endless craters, stunning lakes, extinct volcanoes, and an astounding aerial view of the Blue Lagoon. This airborne excursion can also be expanded to include other parts of Iceland.

Golden Circle

Lava Tunnel

Explore Raufarhólshellir, one of the longest and most astonishing lava tunnels in Iceland. A journey into Raufarhólshellir is a unique experience and a great opportunity to witness the inner workings of a volcanic event as one walks in the path of lava that flowed during the Leitahraun eruption, which occurred east of the Bláfjöll mountains about 5200 years ago. Every winter, spectacular ice sculptures form inside the cave’s entrance, enhancing the breathtaking nature of this lava tunnel experience.

Inside the Volcano

Experience the breathtaking realm of the interior of a volcano. Descend into the earth and discover an unforgettable subterranean wonderland as you explore the spellbinding geology of lava chambers created thousands of years ago by Iceland’s tremendous eruptive powers.

Zooming across the vastness of Langjökull glacier, you feel the full-blown adrenalin rush of gliding through a pristine snowscape, ascending to heights that reveal mesmerizing panoramas of Iceland’s untamed, untouched wilderness.

Snorkeling in Kleifarvatn

Snorkel in a caldera among the newly discovered subaquatic hot springs at Kleifarvatn lake. With bubbles rising all around you, the sensation has been described as snorkelling in a glass of champagne. The tour starts with an 800 meter walk to the lakeshore where you put on your dry suit, followed by a 50 meter swim across the caldera to the lake’s geothermal area—an extraordinary location teeming with mineral deposits and hot springs.

Sea Kayaking

A two-hour sea adventure that takes you to the shores of Vatnsleysuströnd—a 15 km beach on the north coast of the Reykjanes Peninsula. Experience the area’s spellbinding lava fields and idyllic farms from the unique perspective of the ocean as frozen-in-time magma formations reveal themselves in the tide.-May 1 to September 30 -Included: all necessary equipment -Additional ISK 19200 for transfer (up to 3 people, round trip).

Midnight ATV

During the season of the Midnight Sun, the fleeting boundary between sunset and sunrise becomes a magical moment where the sun dips below the horizon for only a few surreal minutes. The Midnight ATV tour takes you to the peak of Mt. Hagafell to bear witness to this unforgettable solar display. On the journey to the mountain, you will traverse a landscape of historic lava fields, abandoned shipwrecks, and the ruins of ancient settlements.

Available from May 15 to August 15.
