What to wear
Please come to the spa wearing your bathing suit. Robes and slippers are provided in your room.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests require a 24-hour notice, or they will result in a charge of the full amount of the scheduled service.
Arrival
Treatments are provided at the spa, in designated treatment rooms or in the water. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment.

In a spacious sanctuary of interconnected chambers, you cover your body with these treasures of the volcanic earth, communing with the transformative powers of nature.
This unique experience takes about 30–40 minutes.
