If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice: 100% is refunded
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund is made

Retreat Spa

Full-day or 5 hour admission:
If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice: 100% is refunded
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice: No refund is made

Lava Cove:
If you cancel with more than 72 hours' notice: 100% is refunded
If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice: No refund is made
