What to expect
Awarded a Michelin star in 2023, Moss Restaurant transforms seasonal ingredients into timeless gourmet experiences, where each dish is a testament to the living heritage and diverse delights of the country's cooking. Head chef Aggi Sverrisson—formerly chef patron and mastermind of London’s legendary Texture Restaurant & Champagne Bar—integrates Asian flavors with local ingredients to create Moss’s innovative cuisine, pushing the boundaries of Iceland’s culinary frontiers.
Moss Restaurant only serves a tasting menu. You can add a three types of wine pairing to your reservation: Classic wine pairing, Prestige wine pairing or, non‑alcoholic pairing. Vegan options are available.
