Sound Healing
An immersive sonic journey based on the therapeutic tones of sound-bath instruments.
The experience
Gongs and alchemy bowls produce sounds at a frequency that can trigger a meditative state. This ancient, highly spiritual practice has been used as a holistic healing tool throughout history and we are now rediscovering the soothing effect that pure sounds can have on our minds and bodies.
All sessions are private and suitable for everyone. The session price is based on one or two people attending; please contact us for group solutions.
What to expect
Everyone’s experience is different. As with so many things in life, you have the power of positively affecting your experience through an open and curious mind.
Sound is frequency. Some frequencies are clear, whereas others can feel soft or even nonexistent. We encourage you to take a few moments after your session to reflect on what you felt, heard, or sensed and give your spirit room to process.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to a booked appointment will incur no fee. However, if a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the appointment, the full price of the booking will be charged.
Children
The minimum age for Blue Lagoon wellness experiences is 12 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
