We look forward to welcoming Akrame Benallal, chef behind the two-Michelin-star restaurant Akrame in Paris, together with Maison Trimbach, one of Alsace’s most celebrated wineries.
A rare visit from a culinary icon
Known for his creative and constantly evolving approach to gastronomy, Akrame Benallal creates cuisine driven by emotion, curiosity and discovery.
For this exclusive evening, he joins Moss’s Executive Chef Aggi Sverrisson, bringing together two distinct culinary visions in a menu paired with wines from Maison Trimbach. With only one seating, this is an evening not to be missed.
A legacy in every glass
Founded in 1626, Maison Trimbach is one of Alsace’s oldest and most revered winemaking houses. Across twelve generations, the family has remained devoted to wines of purity, precision and remarkable ageing potential, crafted from some of the region’s finest terroirs.
Hosting the evening is Jean Trimbach, representing the family’s 12th generation. Jean joined the estate in 1985 and has since become a leading ambassador for Maison Trimbach and the wines of Alsace. At Moss, he will guide guests through the estate’s celebrated wines, sharing personal insights into the family and its nearly 400-year legacy.
