If you want to extend your visit and make the most of your time, we offer private wine tasting sessions, designed by our head sommelier, in our subterranean wine cellar. With over 5,000 bottles, it’s a collection that has been carefully curated to reflect the world’s wine production with an emphasis on Old World wines.

Available every day from 12:00 to 16:00 for private tastings (subject to availability), the wine cellar opens the door to a festive, intimate occasion in a sublime and unforgettable setting.

Creating spectacular cuisine before your eyes, your chef creates a journey that merges tradition and innovation, conjuring savory courses of a timeless feast from the finest seasonal ingredients. Paired with exceptional wines, the Kitchen Table experience is an unforgettable gourmet celebration—intimate yet grand, sublime yet sensational.

The Kitchen Table is offered on Thursdays and Fridays at 17:45 and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The experience begins in the Retreat wine cellar.
