LAVA Restaurant’s team have an international perspective, regularly seeking inspiration by spending time at Michelin star restaurants in New York, London and Paris.
Head chef Viktor Örn Andrésson leads a team focused on providing a wonderful dining experience. Before, Viktor was head chef at some of Reykjavik‘s most popular restaurants. He is also a member of the Icelandic culinary team.
