How to get to Blue Lagoon
Blue Lagoon is approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Reykjavik City centre and 20 minutes’ drive from Keflavík International Airport. There are frequent scheduled bus transfers to Blue Lagoon from Reykjavik and the airport, throughout the year.

Private car
If you have your own car, you will need to find your way to road nr. 41, leading southwest from Reykjavik towards the Reykjanes peninsula. Turn left on road nr. 43 and drive for about 10 minutes, then make a right turn to the Blue Lagoon area (see map below).
