Have you lost something?
Our Lost & Found service operates on weekdays from 09:00 to 14:00.
If you’ve lost something, we will do our best to find your item and return it to you. But also remember a few important points:
- Shipping your item will cost at least EUR 40. This amount depends on where the item must be shipped, the item’s size and weight, and the shipping company.
Items we store for 7 days:
- Towels
- Bathing suites
- Regular clothes such as t-shirts, jeans, etc.
Items we do store up to 3 months:
- Phones, cameras, computers, and other electrical equipment
- Bags, purses, backpacks, etc.
- Any item that is of clear value
