The next edition in our exclusive series will take place on November 11, 2023. The night will feature a six-course menu curated by chefs Gavin Kaysen and Aggi Sverrisson with the Moss culinary team.
Chef Kaysen—multi-award-winning founder of the Soigné Hospitality Group with restaurants including Spoon & Stable, Mara, and Demi, a renowned 20-seat sanctuary of seasonal gourmet creations—will join forces with Chef Sverrisson of Michelin-starred Moss Restaurant to create seasonal, signature dishes paired perfectly with sublime vintages and wines chosen by Clément Robert, Master Sommelier.
