Blue Lagoon receives an award from the Spa Finder magazine

Last week the Blue Lagoon received an award as the best destination in the mineral spa category from the Spa Finder magazine. Áslaug Magnúsdóttir manager at the Marvin Traub and Associates in New York accepted the award on behalf of the Blue Lagoon in a ceremony on Thursday the 1st in New York.

Among others nominated in this category were Fairmont Sonoma in USA, Tabacon Grand Spa Thermal Resort in Costa Rica and Grotta Giusti Therma in Tuscany, Italy.

Spa Finder is a media company that specializes in the world wide development of the Spa market. Forbes.com and USA Today have appointed the Spa Finder website the best information sources for spa visitors. Every year 4.5 million people visit the Spa Finder website.
