Use 2-3 times a week or when skin needs en extra boost. Fragrance and color free.

Apply and leave on for 5-10 minutes. The mask will turn white. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry gently. Use 2-3 times a week.
After use apply Blue Lagoon face and body care.

Normally when I need to re-energies my skin after a hard day of work, I will automatically reach for the Silica Mud to help me unwind and make my skin feels alive again! But more importantly, sometimes I get out-breaks of really red and angry skin on my face (around the nose and cheek area). So I will use Silica Mud for about 15 minutes on my face and I will instantly feel a tingle that is really soothing, afterwards I will use the intensive moisturizing cream. This routine helps me to calm the red and angry skin and also makes it really smooth, in the process.
