Order Processing

Most Internet orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Weekend days and major holidays are not included in the processing time). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Blue Lagoon keeps the sales history of its customers but never gives the personal information to any unaffiliated third parties unless with your agreement. For orders enquiries please contact by phone + 354 420-8811 or by email: shop@bluelagoon.com.

Delivery Information

Blue Lagoon products are delivered from door to door by DHL air express delivery (takes 1-4 days and delivers only on business hours). Unfortunately DHL can not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Import Taxes

VAT, taxes and admin fee for each country are not included in our prices. Blue Lagoon complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore we kindly advise you that shipments to certain countries of some products might be prohibited due to these regulations.

Shipping and Handling

The shipping and handling prices are in Euros per kilogram (there are approximately three pieces per kilogram). To calculate packaging cost, additional 300 gr are added to the shipment weight. If you have any questions on shipping and handling please do not hesitate to contact us.

Currency Convertion

All prices at the on-line Blue Lagoon shop are in EUR. The charge is in ISK (Icelandic Krona). Transactions may carry difference in exchange rates.

Gift Wrap Service

We provide a special gift-wrap service for an extra EUR 6,50. We will then wrap in your order and add a gift-wrap note. You can have the gift set sent to another address than your billing address. Note that some of the products in the gift centre are already in gift boxes.

Returns

Every Blue Lagoon purchase on the Internet is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the products being returned. We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your purchase is a set, please make sure all items are returned.
