Shipping

The Blue Lagoon offers International shipping. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. You can have a different shipping and billing addresses when ordering from Blue Lagoon‘s online shop. Blue Lagoon complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore shipments of some products to certain countries might be prohibited due to these regulations.

*Currently we do not offer shipping to Russia nor China due to customs regulations.

Delivery terms to USA and Canada

All Canada orders are delivered from our warehouse in Iceland. Orders are delivered by express carrier to customer's door. Delivery terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DDU means that import fee and VAT is paid by the buyer upon delivery. All orders require signature upon delivery.

All US orders are delivered from our warehouse in New York, USA. No import fee upon delivery. Orders are delivered by express or economy carrier, upon choice and delivered to customer's door. VAT is excluded from product price.  All orders require signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery terms to Norway and Switzerland

Blue Lagoon products are delivered to Norway from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Flat rate shipping cost: Economy shipping €9 and Express shipping €15, the order is delivered to your door. Delivery terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DDU means that VAT is excluded from price at the end of your checkout process, import fee and VAT is paid by the buyer upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking code from us via email.

Blue Lagoon products are delivered to countries outside EU* from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Flat rate shipping cost: Economy shipping €15 and Express shipping €30, the order is delivered to your door. Delivery terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DDU means that VAT is excluded from price at the end of your checkout process, import fee and VAT is paid by the buyer upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are sent from Iceland. Shipping cost: €8 / $13. Please note that it takes 7-10 business days to send gift cards.

Security and credit cards

To protect your credit card number and other sensitive information online the Blue Lagoon uses 128-bit SSL encryption from Thawte. Your credit card information is therefore always secure at the Blue Lagoon website. More information on SSL, Thawte and the encryption can be found on the Thawte website.

All prices at the online shop are either in EUR or USD, depending on your location. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement in the same currency as your order. Please note that transactions on your credit card may carry difference in exchange rates, if calculated to another currency.

Blue Lagoon keeps a customer record and sales history but never gives out any personal information to unaffiliated third parties, unless with your agreement.
