Shipping time
The Blue Lagoon offers International shipping to all countries in the world. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. You can have a different shipping and billing addresses when ordering from Blue Lagoon‘s online shop.
Delivery to USA
All US orders are delivered by FedEx from our warehouse in New York, USA. Delivery time is 1-3 business days and your order is delivered to your door. Delivery terms are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Buying from our online shop is the same as buying the products in USA, e.g. there are no international fees. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a FedEx tracking code from us via email. Track your order with FedEx here.
Delivery to all other countries
Blue Lagoon products are delivered by DHL air express delivery to all countries in the world*. Delivery takes 2-5 business days and your order is delivered to your door. Delivery terms are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DDU means that import fee and VAT is paid upon delivery according to customs in each country. Unfortunately, we can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

*We do not currently offer shipping to Russia due to Russian customs regulations.
Shipping cost
For shipping, approximately 3 Blue Lagoon items constitute 1kg. To calculate packaging cost, additional 300g are added to the shipment weight.

Blue Lagoon complies with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore shipments of some products to certain countries might be prohibited due to these regulations.
Security and credit cards
To protect your credit card number and other sensitive information online the Blue Lagoon uses 128-bit SSL encryption from Thawte. Your credit card information is therefore always secure at the Blue Lagoon website. More information on SSL, Thawte and the encryption can be found on the Thawte website.
All prices at the online shop are either in EUR or USD, depending on your location. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement in the same currency as your order. Please note that transactions on your credit card may carry difference in exchange rates, if calculated to another currency.
Blue Lagoon keeps a customer record and sales history but never gives out any personal information to unaffiliated third parties, unless with your agreement.
Returns & refunds
Every Blue Lagoon purchase on the Internet is UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will be happy to exchange or credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the products being returned. If your purchase is a set, please make sure all items are returned. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
