Returns & refunds
Blue Lagoon Iceland is committed to offer the finest selection of skin care and spa products. Every Blue Lagoon product purchase in Blue Lagoon online shop is unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, to the applicable address provided below. As soon as the returned items are received at our warehouse, refund is processed. Please note that the refund procedure may take up to 14 days. We are sorry, but import fees*, shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable. Please note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
*Import fees are charged on items purchased in Blue Lagoon online shop, by customs in countries outside the US and the EU, according to custom rules of the import country. Find out more here
Please note that refunds are made according to the invoice. This refers to all purchases: Products purchased with promotional discount, in Blue Lagoon online shop, are refunded at the exact amount purchased for.
Please note that promotional codes are to be used during your purchase in Blue Lagoon online shop. We cannot refund the discount afterwards.
The original receipt indicating the reason for return must accompany the products being returned. If your purchase is a set, please make sure all items are returned. If you are returning a gift or items purchased at one of our Blue Lagoon physical stores in Iceland, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you receive your order, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items please retain the box and the merchandise and notify us by e-mail to email@example.com. Please provide the order number along with your e-mail address for fastest service.
