Blue Lagoon psoriasis treatment includes:
- Bathing in Blue Lagoon geothermal seawater
- UVB light therapy as recommended by a dermatologist
- Medical evaluation provided by dermatologists
- Nurses that provide daily supervision and follow-up
- Use of selected Blue Lagoon skin care products
To enter the treatment all treatment guests need to have a referral from a doctor. The referral needs to be sent/faxed to the Clinic for its dermatologists to evaluate before admitting the patient to the treatment. The Clinic also needs to receive general information on treatment guest' state of health.
